Airbus showcases the new A350 XWB cabin at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg/Germany (April 1-3, 2008) on its stand located in Hall A3 (Stand 3D15). Visitors will discover the attributes of the A350 XWB cabin interior in a new mock-up, displayed for the first time at an exhibition. Another highlight of Airbus’ presence is the presentation of a totally new galley concept, developed in close cooperation with leading airlines and caterers.Visitors will also learn about the innovative, end-to-end solutions from Airbus for cabin upgrade services. Offering an efficient way to enhance in-service aircraft cabins by integrating latest technologies and providing innovative engineering solutions, the competitiveness of the airline’s in-service fleets can be supported significantly. In addition, visitors will be able to personally experience the cabin benefits of the overall Airbus aircraft families through audiovisual tools. By offering the widest cross-section in its category, the A350 XWB cabin brings advantages to all passengers. Its straight side-walls provide more room at head and shoulder level. Combined with the optimized seat width, the A350 XWB cabin offers unrivaled comfort for long haul flights in its class. In addition, the larger, pivoting overhead bins enable passengers to easily store their luggage close to their seat.Airbus offers a range of cabin services on the A350 XWB, which will set new standards, enabling airlines to put tomorrow’s In-Flight Entertainment and Broadband Connectivity services at passengers fingertips in all classes.
